Social Media Insights

For this project, I created an interactive Power BI dashboard to help marketing teams track how their paid social media ads are performing across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. The idea was to make it easy for teams to see what’s working, what’s not, and where to focus their ad budget.

I started by pulling in raw data from exported CSV files, then cleaned and transformed it using Power Query in Power BI. Once the data was ready, I designed multiple pages in the dashboard — each focused on a different area like Campaign Performance, Audience Behavior, Channel Comparisons, and Customer Segments.

The dashboard highlights key metrics like Click-Through Rate (CTR), Per Click (CPC), and eAverage Engagement Scor, making it simple to spot trends and make informed decisions. I even built a dark-themed version for easier viewing during late-night work sessions!

This project gave me a great opportunity to combine my skills in data modeling, DAX, and dashboard design to build something both practical and visually engaging — exactly the kind of work I love doing.
